We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them. Returns must be arranged in advance

Do not return any products without prior approval and return instructions.
Return Policy
The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The products are unused and in good condition.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- You may try on and examine the products in the same way you would in a store. Use of the product that goes beyond normal inspection may reduce the refund amount.
Return Options
Option 1: Berfet Customer Return
You can use the customer return service organized by Berfet. Once your return has been approved, we will send you return instructions and a return label, which you must print out and attach to the package you are returning. When using Berfet’s customer return service, you do not need to pay for the return shipping at the time of return. The processing and shipping costs for the return, €20, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Option 2: Self-Service Return
You can also return the products using a shipping service of your choice at your own expense. The return address and detailed instructions will be sent by email after your return request has been approved. The customer is responsible for the costs of any return arranged independently, as well as for ensuring that the shipment arrives safely at the provided return address.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, it will be processed as soon as possible. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed. Any applicable return fees will be deducted from the refund amount before the payment is issued.
Defective or Damaged Products
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or was delivered incorrectly, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@berfet.com. If possible, please include photos of the product and packaging in your message.
Berfet is responsible for any return shipping costs resulting from an incorrect delivery or defective product.
