If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them. <strong>Returns must be agreed in advance<\/strong><\/p><p>All returns must be agreed in advance by contacting our customer service team:<br><strong><a href=\"mailto:info@berfet.com\" data-mce-href=\"mailto:info@berfet.com\">info@berfet.com<\/a><\/strong> or via <a href=\"https:\/\/berfet.com\/en\/contact-us\/\"><strong>the contact form<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><p>Please do not return any products without prior approval and return instructions.<\/p><h3>Return Policy<\/h3><p>The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:<\/p><ul><li>Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.<\/li><li>The products are unused and in good condition.<\/li><li>Products should be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.<\/li><li>You may try on and examine the products in the same way as you would in a shop. Any use of the product that goes beyond normal inspection may reduce the amount refunded.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Return options<\/strong><\/h3><h4><strong>Option 1: Berfet customer returns<\/strong><\/h4><p>You can use the customer returns service organised by Berfet. Once your return has been approved, we will send you return instructions and a return label, which you must print out and attach to the parcel you are returning. When using Berfet\u2019s customer returns service, you do not need to pay for the return postage at the time of return. The handling and delivery costs for the return, <strong>\u20ac20<\/strong>, will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p><h4><strong>Option 2: Self-service return<\/strong><\/h4><p>You can also return the products via a courier service of your choice at your own expense. The return address and detailed instructions will be sent by email once your return request has been approved. You are responsible for the costs of any return you arrange yourself, as well as for ensuring that the parcel arrives safely at the specified return address.<\/p><h3><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h3><p>Once the return has been received and checked, it will be processed as soon as possible. The refund will be paid using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed. Any costs associated with the return will be deducted from the refund amount before the payment is refunded.<\/p><h3><strong>Defective or damaged products<\/strong><\/h3><p>If the product you have received is faulty, damaged or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@berfet.com\" data-mce-href=\"mailto:info@berfet.com\">info@berfet.com<\/a><\/strong>.
